   Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Lab Dyeing M/C Lab Tec:

·       Name of  Equipment   :-Lab Dyeing Machine

·        Manufacturer               :- Lab Tec , Taiwan

·       Model                           :-IR 24 M

·       Serial Number              :- 2595

·       Grading temp               :- 2ᵒC/minute

The Following steps are involved to operate the machine:

v Clean the machine properly before precedes the work.

v Connect the power and switch on the machine.

v Set & save the dyeing program temp, time & grading per minute etc.

v Set the program  as per requirement dyeing temperature 

v Open the door and loading sample pot enter the machine & run the program.

v End the program unload the dye sample pot.

v  Switch off disconnect the power off the machine.
